Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work & Content

I want to make sure I’m the right artist for your project! Please note that I do not draw the following:

  • Extremely graphic or explicit content.

  • Underage characters.

  • Ferals (non-anthro).

I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission if I feel the request is outside my current skill set or scope.

2. The Process & Timeline

  • Completion Time: Once your booking date arrives, work usually takes about one week to complete (assuming life doesn’t throw any unexpected curveballs my way!).

  • Progress Reports: I’ll keep you in the loop! You’ll receive updates at these specific stages:

    1. Roughs

    2. Lineart

    3. Flat Colors

    4. Background/Final Polish

3. Changes & Alts

  • Adding Alts: If you decide you want an alternate version (different outfits, expressions, etc.) after work has started, that’s totally fine! I understand that seeing the art visually can spark new ideas. Just note that additional charges will be added to the total for any extra versions.

  • Revisions: Minor tweaks and changes are free and allowed, provided they don’t turn the piece into a completely different picture or alt.

  • Legacy Files: For commissions older than 2 years, I may no longer have the working files (PSD/CLIP), so revisions for older work are subject to availability.

4. Payment

  • Method: Payment is via PayPal only.

  • Timing: Payment is expected in full once the picture is finished.

  • Group Orders: For commissions involving multiple people/characters, please designate one “leader” to collect the funds and pay the total amount in one single transaction.

5. Final Files

  • Standard commissions are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files.

  • Stickers/Emojis are delivered as PNG files (with transparency).

6. Copyright & Usage

  • Character Rights: You (and your fellow commissioners) retain all rights to your respective characters.

  • Artist Rights: I retain the right to upload the finished artwork to my galleries and portfolio to showcase my work.

  • Private Commissions: If you request a private commission, I will respect that decision completely. I will not upload it or share it with anyone else.
