  • Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
  • Commission Data: Order IDs (like #A7042) are used in our tracker to keep your queue status anonymous and secure without exposing private client details to the public.

6. Payments & Financial Data

When you place a commission order through my site, you won’t be asked to enter a credit card or bank details. Instead, all payments are handled via PayPal Invoices sent directly to your email upon delivery or at the agreed-upon milestone.

  • Why I do it this way: Honestly, it’s for your safety and my peace of mind! I don’t want to hold onto your sensitive financial data, billing addresses, or real legal names.
  • Where the data goes: By using invoices, the actual transaction happens entirely on PayPal’s secure servers. I only see the basic info PayPal provides to confirm you’ve paid. You can check out PayPal’s own privacy policy to see exactly how they handle your financial data.
