My website address is: https://arrwulf.com. This is where I host my portfolio, commission info, and various digital doodles.

Comments & Spam Prevention

When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help keep the bots at bay.
To keep things clean, I use the Akismet anti-spam service. When you leave a comment, Akismet typically collects your IP address, user agent, referrer, and the Site URL. This is in addition to the info you directly provide, like your name, email address, and the comment itself.

Media

If you’re uploading images to the site—for instance, when sending over a refsheet—please make sure to strip out any embedded location data (EXIF GPS). I’d hate for a random visitor to be able to extract that kind of info from your files.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name and email in cookies. This is just for your convenience so you don’t have to re-type everything next time. These cookies last for one year.

If you head over to my commission page, a temporary cookie may be set to see if your browser is cool with cookies. It doesn’t hold any personal data and vanishes the moment you close your browser.

Embedded Content

Sometimes I use web apps, automation tools, or scripts that might pull in content from other sites. This embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website yourself. These third-party sites might collect data, use their own cookies, or track your interaction—especially if you’re logged into an account with them.

How long I keep your data

If you submit a commission form, I hold onto your contact info, refsheets, and the final commissioned art indefinitely. This is mostly so I have a record for future commissions and can keep track of what we’ve worked on together!

For comments, the text and metadata are kept so I can recognize you if you come back to say hi again.

What rights you have over your data

If you have a commissioned piece featured here or have left a comment, the data belongs to you. If you want something removed, just prod me gently and I’ll get it sorted. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold, though I do have to keep certain info for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Where your data goes

Aside from being processed by the Akismet spam filter, your info stays with me. I don’t sell your data—I’m here to make art, not trade info.
